Calder Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a Southeast USA-based Lake and Pond Management Company (the “Seller”) by an Environmental Services Portfolio Company (the “Portfolio Company”), owned by a Florida-based Private Equity Firm (the “Buyer”).
The Buyer invests in lower middle market operating companies primarily in North America. As the Buyer’s Portfolio Company was seeking to grow its national footprint, the Buyer engaged Calder Capital’s Buy-Side team.
The Seller is an aquatic management company, which specializes in fisheries and pond management. With years of experience, the Seller offers a wide range of services designed to assist pond owners with maintenance and improvement projects. Their expertise includes vegetation management, aquatic life surveying, fish stock assessment, aquatic replenishment, mineral supplementation, fertilizing, oxygenation, and water quality analysis.
The Buyer facilitated this acquisition through its Portfolio Company.
