Calder Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that Financial Search Group of Petoskey, MI has been acquired by AXIOS HR of Grand Rapids, MI.
AXIOS HR is an independent, 100% employee-owned organization, and is the fourth largest privately-held West Michigan employer delivering personalized employment solutions to small and mid-sized companies.
Financial Search Group is a division of The PMP Corporation based in Petoskey, Michigan. FSG has been recruiting top financial professionals for over 20 years, with the objective of improving the professional lives of candidates and employers. The acquisition of FSG is a strategic one for AXIOS HR, and together the two companies can strengthen the professional teams of small to mid-sized businesses across the state of Michigan. The acquisition also allows AXIOS HR to spread its presence further throughout the state, as prior to the transaction AXIOS has been based entirely out of Grand Rapids.
AXIOS HR engaged with Calder Capital, LLC, in 2020 to aid in their seeking of the strategic acquisition of a Michigan-based company with a similar mission statement and industry track record. Within six weeks, AXIOS HR, with the aid of Calder Capital, presented the Financial Search Group with a Letter of Intent.
