Mya joined Calder Capital in October of 2024 as the Human Capital Director. 

As Director of Human Capital, Mya drives strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, supporting internal teams through compliance and professional development while consulting clients on workforce strategies and exit planning. Mya’s expertise bridges leadership and consulting to enhance the value of people in the M&A space.

Outside of work, Mya enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her family.
