Hannelore Jones (Green) joined Calder Capital in January of 2023 as the Director of Continuous Improvement.

She plays a critical part in driving the company’s growth by ensuring its operational excellence. With a focus on increasing efficiency and performance in marketing, professional networking, and operations, Hannelore collaborates with teams across the organization to identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and measure their success.

Hannelore graduated from Sparta High School. She holds a Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license. She grew up in Sparta, Michigan, and recently moved to Rockford, Michigan.

She loves exploring the beautiful landscapes of Michigan. She is an avid nature enthusiast who enjoys taking walks along scenic trails with friends, camping and kayaking with her husband, and dabbling in capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
