Current Role: Ghazey was Calder Capital’s first employee, originally joining the firm as an intern. Over time, he gained extensive experience as an analyst before transitioning into his current role as an M&A Advisor. Today, he plays a key role in helping clients qualify and vet potential buyers, conduct due diligence, structure deals, and navigate the complexities of M&A transactions.
Background: Ghazey’s prior experience includes working as a financial analyst at two West Michigan mergers & acquisitions firms before joining Calder. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance. He lives in Grand Rapids, MI, with his wife, Molly.
Hobbies: Outside of the office, Ghazey enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
