Cade joined Calder Capital in November of 2024.

 As part of the Buy-Side team, he is focused on bringing buyers proprietary, off-market deal flow driven by high-quality, high-quantity direct outreach to potential sellers matching our client’s specific criteria and by leveraging our existing network. 

 Cade graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Finance and Business Management. Prior to joining Calder, Cade worked at ADP as a Major Accounts District Manager and at Blackford Capital as a PE Junior Analyst.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, weightlifting, and grilling food!
