Brad has over 20 years of experience including investment banking at Bank of America and Imperial Capital, LLC. In addition, Brad has started, grown, and sold three of his own businesses. Brad's unique combination of transactional and entrepreneurial experience helps him assist business owners looking to exit and those acquiring companies to add to their portfolios.
