Calder Capital, a nationwide mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is thrilled to welcome Brandon Sinclair as its Marketing and Public Relations Associate.
Introducing Brandon
Originally from Rockford, Michigan, and now residing in Lowell, Michigan, Brandon brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors. He has held roles at Blackford Capital, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Michigan Department of Attorney General. Brandon holds an MBA in Business Management from Davenport University, a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University, and an Associate of Arts from Grand Rapids Community College. His diverse background has equipped him with a unique blend of public relations, marketing, and investment acumen.
When asked what led him to join Calder Capital, Brandon highlighted his desire to deepen his understanding of private markets and to transition from private equity into investment banking. Additionally, he sought a role that would allow him to focus on public relations and marketing. “I was drawn to Calder because of its impressive growth and dynamic approach to M&A advisory. The firm’s strong reputation, combined with its innovative approach to connecting buyers and sellers made this an exciting opportunity to contribute and grow,” he said.
Brandon is eager to get started, adding, “Calder has been experiencing strong growth over the last few years; I am looking forward to growing with the company and my new Calder colleagues. I am eager to grow in public relations, marketing, and in investment banking, generally.”
Encouraged by his wife, Vanessa, his family, his friends, and colleagues, Brandon has the drive to continuously pursue his personal dreams and professional aspirations. Outside of work, he may be found tackling house projects, exploring new parks, reading books on finance, watching TV, and spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved guinea pig, Hank. Brandon enjoys time spent in the great outdoors and is a member of the Eagle Scout class of 2012.
In his new role as Marketing and Public Relations Associate, Brandon will lead Calder Capital’s marketing and communication strategies, ensuring that the firm continues to engage effectively with its clients and the broader market. He will oversee public relations initiatives, develop compelling content, and help drive Calder’s brand presence across multiple channels.
