Calder Capital, a nationwide mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is thrilled to welcome Brad Wallace as our newest Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor.
Introducing Brad
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brad brings a unique blend of investment banking expertise and entrepreneurial experience to Calder Capital. His career began at Bank of America’s Investment Bank, followed by a role at Imperial Capital’s Investment Bank, where he gained extensive knowledge in financial analysis and transaction execution. Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Brad successfully owned, operated, and sold both a commercial cleaning business and a fitness business, providing him with firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face.
When asked what led him to Calder Capital, Brad highlighted the firm’s people-first culture and emphasis on continuous improvement. “My conversations with the team made it an easy decision. Great people, great culture. A focus on results through teamwork and consistently trying to get better at what they do. No big egos!”
Brad is eager to leverage his experience to assist business owners and entrepreneurs, stating, “I want to utilize my background in investment banking and business ownership to help CEOs successfully sell their companies and help entrepreneurs find a business to purchase.”
A dedicated family man, Brad spends most of his free time with his four children, humorously noting, “I have four kids – I have no hobbies or days off!” His personal philosophy is grounded in continuous improvement, guided by his favorite motto: “Try and get a little bit better every day.”
In his new role as Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, Brad will focus on guiding business owners through the process of selling their companies and supporting buyers in finding the right acquisition opportunities. His background in both investment banking and business ownership provides him with a well-rounded perspective that will be invaluable to Calder’s clients.
“Brad’s combination of investment banking expertise and real-world business ownership experience makes him a tremendous asset to our team,” said Max Friar, Founder and Managing Partner of Calder Capital. “His ability to relate to both sellers and buyers, along with his commitment to continuous improvement, aligns perfectly with our firm’s mission. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
We’re excited to have Brad Wallace on the Calder Capital team and look forward to the wisdom and experience he’ll bring. To learn more about Brad’s professional journey, connect with him on LinkedIn.
