Ideally, the target company generates revenue between $10M and $100M and is located within 45 minutes of Dayton, Ohio, or in the states of North Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.

Geography: North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or 45 minutes from Dayton, Ohio.
Revenue: $10M – $100M.
