While our client is particularly interested in landscaping/hardscaping, plumbing/HVAC, grease trap servicing, and propane distribution, they remain open to other types of service companies.
Ideally, the target company is generating revenue between $3M and $50M and is located in or around Houston, San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas. They are also open to companies located in or around Denver or Colorado Springs.
Acquisition Criteria:
Target: Services.
Geography: Texas – Metro Houston, San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas. Colorado – Denver or Colorado Springs.
