Williams joins an elite group of business advisors who have received this credential and are now part of the Exit Planning Institute’s international community of CEPAs. The CEPA program is the most widely accepted and endorsed professional exit planning program in the world.

About Andrew Williams
Andrew Williams is a seasoned M&A advisor with over two decades of experience in investment banking, private equity, and business advisory services. He joined Calder Capital in 2023 and serves the Indianapolis, IN market, where he helps business owners successfully navigate mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout his career, Williams has advised clients on a diverse range of M&A transactions, conducted in-depth due diligence, and assisted in identifying strategic acquisition targets. His deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and results-driven approach have established him as a trusted advisor in the M&A industry. He is committed to helping business owners maximize their company’s value and execute successful transitions.
Williams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Michigan State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans.

About the CEPA Program
The Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) program is designed for business advisors who work closely with owners of privately held companies. The core of the program is Master Planning, aligning business, personal, and financial goals through the Value Acceleration Methodologyâ„¢.
The program follows an executive MBA-style format, featuring a mix of lectures, group discussions, case studies, and individual exercises to equip participants with the essential skills and strategies for exit planning. It is taught by the Exit Planning Institute’s faculty of experienced advisors, authors, and industry leaders.
To receive the CEPA credential, Williams completed the rigorous five-day program, which required approximately 100 hours of pre-course study, 30 hours of classroom instruction, and the successful completion of a three-hour proctored exam.
