Founded over 30 years ago, the Company offers professional design services for municipalities and private development projects, comprised of civil engineering, municipal engineering services, architecture, and land surveying. Despite providing a diverse range of services, the Company can still provide its clients with the personalized attention of a small business.
The Company employs a team of experienced, qualified, and multi-state licensed professionals. The licensed individuals are involved with every step of the project from concept through completion and stay in continued coordination and communication with the client.
The owner works approximately 40 hours per week and is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Business, including project coordination and review, initial client contacts, estimating, and staffing. The owner’s wife also works at the Company as an office administrator. The owner is willing to continue working at the Company on a part-time basis for two years, post-sale, to ensure a smooth transition to the new owner(s). A new office administrator would be required to replace the owner’s spouse after a reasonable and customary transition period.
