The Company’s strategic location in the Midwest drives consistent demand for HVAC services due to the region’s extreme seasonal temperature shifts. Additionally, the Company benefits from the region’s manufacturing hub supported by strong transportation infrastructure, automotive sector, industrial machinery, and reshoring initiatives.
Arctic Flow’s owner has built the Company’s management team to operate the Company without his presence. Arctic Flow places a strong emphasis on fostering leadership growth among its team members.
