Current Role: In his role as a Buy-Side Associate, Logan plays a key role in assisting buyers throughout their acquisition journey. He conducts in-depth market research, refines acquisition criteria for clients, and guides them through best practices for executing successful transactions. Logan also supports Calder’s Buy-Side team by identifying and qualifying prospects, valuing potential acquisitions, and helping clients navigate negotiations and deal structuring.

Background: Before joining Calder, Logan held roles at JPMorgan Chase in Plano, Texas, and Houlihan Lokey in New York City, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and client advisory. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University, where he honed his skills in capital markets and corporate finance.

Hobbies:Outside of work, Logan enjoys golfing, working out, trying new food places, outdoor activities, and reading. He is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, always seeking new knowledge and experiences.
