We’re Proud to Introduce Noah Buys!
Noah, a Sophomore at Calvin University, is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics with a minor in Spanish. Alongside his studies, he serves as a Senior Analyst in Calvin’s student-led investment program, Knight Investment Management. Originally from Fairport, New York, Noah is spending the spring and summer semesters with the Calder team.
In his downtime, Noah actively engages in golf, soccer, rugby, and tennis. With three younger siblings and two dogs back home, his family holds a special place in his heart. Noah has a true passion for traveling, having explored various regions across the United States, France, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Canada, and the Bahamas. His goal is to visit every state in the U.S. and explore every country worldwide, making his travel bucket list truly ambitious.
Noah’s determination makes the Calder team excited to have him with us for a second semester. When asked what he looks forward to most in the rest of his internship, Noah shared “I’m excited by the level of responsibility Calder provides its interns. I think this is an opportunity unique to Calder that will provide valuable real-world experience. I’m also looking forward to further exploring the Grand Rapids area.”
Calder’s culture thrives on a commitment to growth, emphasizing hard work, and providing valuable opportunities for professional development. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions. In fact, many analysts and advisors within our team began as undergraduate interns.
