Calder Capital is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of its client, Diverse Global Industrial Solutions of Saugatuck, MI to an individual investor!
Diverse Global Industrial Solutions is a custom packaging and dunnage solutions manufacturer that designs, engineers, and manufactures customized packaging and dunnage solutions for various industries.The Company provides high-quality products such as its trademarked RZR Rack, custom WIP racks, steel racks, and various plastic products that are used for the shipping process.
Diverse Global Industrial Solutions was founded in 2009 and purchased by Bob Schaftenaar in 2011. Ready to transition into retirement, Mr. Schaftenaar engaged Calder Capital to assist with the sale of the Company.
Diverse Global Industrial Solutions was purchased by Ryan Bieneman of Geneseo, IL. Ryan previously worked at John Deere for over twenty years in various global supply management and operations leadership roles. He will be using his previous manufacturing experience in the industry to successfully operate Diverse Global Industrial Solutions.

Pankaj Rajadhyaksha, Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor at Calder Capital, was the lead advisor on the transaction. He worked closely with Bob Schaftenaar to find the right buyer for the Company.
