Calder Capital, LLC is very pleased to announce the successful sale of Battle Creek, MI-based Justice Fence, Co. to a private equity investor.
Justice Fence is one of Michigan’s leading providers of secure fencing and gate options for residential and commercial customers. Whether the project is a custom pool fence, a decorative automatic gate for a private estate, or miles of fence around a nuclear power plant, Justice Fence’s team of technicians and office staff can provide a competitive and professional solution. A series of smart and strategic decisions made early on by Kelli Rumery (the Company’s owner as of 2008) has enabled the Company to increase its market share and operate more profitably and with less oversight than at any time in its 35 year history. While Kelli could have gone on working 12 to 15 hours per week and continued to make a six-figure plus income, he began looking for his next challenge. He’s excited about the prospect of having cash to invest in other ventures and to find a new turnaround project to direct his efforts towards.
