Calder Capital is thrilled to announce that Purcell Staffing, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky has been acquired by Flexible Staffing of Lake in the Hills, Illinois!
Purcell Staffing Inc. was established in 1995 by Janice Purcell. The Company specializes in temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent staffing solutions. Purcell Staffing services a wide range of industries but specializes in serving light industrial, administrative, and engineering customers.
Janice and her daughter, Sasha Brown, have worked together to successfully run the Company for many years. Ready to transition into retirement, Janice Purcell engaged Small Business Deal Advisors to find the right successor for the Company.
Sasha Brown stated, “Matt Baas was wonderful at the services he provided. He was both professional and courteous. Rudy Moeller is the best sales consultant we could have ever imagined working with. He was personable, professional, understanding and helpful in any and every way. He successfully brought the deal to a close quickly and efficiently. If we could rate him greater than 5 stars we would. Rudy is a rock star!”
Founded in 1991, Flexible Staffing is a staffing company with headquarters based in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. While the Company primarily serves the light and industrial manufacturing industries, it also provides services for general office, administrative, and clerical work as well.
Flexible Staffing has over 30 locations across the Midwest, South, as well as in Texas and Connecticut. The acquisition of Purcell Staffing Inc. was a strategic one for Flexible Staffing as it will allow the Company to further expand its reach into the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Rudy Moeller, Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor at Calder Capital, was the lead advisor on the transaction.
“This project went quickly and smoothly due in no small part to the excellent prep work done by Janice Purcell and her Vice-President Sasha Brown,” commented Rudy Moeller, “Within the first two weeks on the market, Calder generated over 20 qualified buyers and by the end of the third week we had three solid letters of intent from which to choose. Purcell was a natural fit for Flexible Staffing, so the transaction was completed quickly and with very few snags along the way.”
Calder Capital Advisor, Matt Baas, commented, “We are moving aggressively into the Louisville areas and it’s great that Advisor Rudy Moeller expertly navigated this closing to a successful completion with such speed. Congratulations to Janice and Sasha!”
Calder Capital represented Purcell Staffing, Inc. as its exclusive Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory firm.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
