Calder Capital is excited to announce the successful sale of its client, MKR Fabricators Inc., of Saginaw, Michigan, to an individual investor.
For the past 20+ years, MKR Fabricators has been operating as a successful heavy plate steel fabrication company. The company was acquired by Robert Webb in 1999. Since then, Rob has been the sole owner of the company and has continued to maintain a very active and hands-on role in the company’s day-to-day operations ever since.
The company specializes in fabrication, machining, and plate rolling, making it a “one-stop-shop” for its customers. Having control over every aspect of the creation process allows MKR Fabricators to guarantee that projects are completed on time, on budget, and with great precision.
After running and operating MKR Fabricators for over 20 years, Rob has decided to transition into retirement. Calder Capital was referred to Rob to find a new owner for the Company.
According to Calder Capital Managing Partner, Max Friar, “The MKR transaction was a bread-and-butter deal for Calder. We are very pleased to have connected another well-established and respected industrial seller with a Michigan-based buyer. I wish the buyer and seller the best of luck moving forward.”
