Calder Capital is excited to announce the successful acquisition of HSV Redi-Mix, Inc. of Lake Odessa, Michigan by Mark McKeever, an individual entrepreneur from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
HSV Redi-Mix, Inc., “HSV”, founded in 1975 and operated by Al and Dave Haskin, is a ready-mix products manufacturer and supplier in West Michigan. The company provides a variety of products including ready-mix concrete, aggregate, crushed concrete, precast products, and septic tanks. After 30+ years of dedication to H.S.V.’s operations and clients, Al and Dave engaged Calder’s Sell-Side team.
Mark McKeever brings a wealth of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry. He has held numerous positions within his family’s business, Irving Ready Mix Concrete, and has been recognized for his work on large-scale projects, acquisitions, and quality control program development. Mark’s experience and leadership make him an ideal successor to continue the legacy of HSV.

The Calder Capital team attracted the attention of 197 qualified buyers and secured multiple offers.
