He leads the team, facilitates introductions, oversees valuations, guides deal structure, negotiates for clients, secures financing, manages due diligence, and coordinates the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Background: Raised in Kokomo, Indiana, Jim has lived in Holland, Michigan, for the past 35 years. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at ODL, Inc., Whirlpool, Johnson Controls, and Prince Corporation. His extensive professional background, combined with an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and graduate work at Michigan State, positions him as a valuable asset to Buy-Side clients.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Jim is a track and field official at the high school, college, and professional levels, and enjoys brewing beer in his free time.
