Calder Capital is thrilled to announce the acquisition of its client, J. Mark Systems of Grand Rapids, MI by WTRBox, LLC, an industrial water treatment finance and operations platform.
Founded by Mark Zeilbeck in 1984, J. Mark Systems is a locally owned West Michigan water treatment solutions company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Company designs, builds, and assembles water treatment solutions for industrial plants across the country as well as overseas. The systems created prepare water for use in manufacturing and treat water before it is discharged or recycled.
Over the past 30+ years, J. Mark Systems has installed water treatment solutions for a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, appliances, and metal tube manufacturing.
After successfully running the company for 30+ years, CEO Mark Zeilbeck decided to transition the company to new ownership in order to set the company up for decades of growth and prosperity.
